Students will stay in the courtyard of the estate, dining in the cookery school each day.The courses run from Monday to Friday starting at 10am and ending at 4pm. The students will be broken up into groups and each Friday one group will cook a three-course dinner for the other students. The course offers a variety of imaginative ideas and also includes vegetarian dishes. This course offers the students a chance to create their own style and enhance their repertoire. |
