Fagiolini al Burro e pangrattato
(Beans w/ breadcrumbs)
Vegetarian Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
300g/12 oz French beans, tails removed
110g/4 oz butter
110g/4 oz fresh breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Lemon Wedges
Method

Put a large pan of salted water on to boil.

Melt the butter in another pan and fry the breadcrumbs
until golden brown.

Cook the beans until al dente. Drain and place
on a serving dish.

Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and drizzle with
lemon juice.

Serve hot with fish or chicken.
