Fagiolini al Burro e pangrattato
(Beans w/ breadcrumbs)

Vegetarian Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients

300g/12 oz French beans, tails removed
110g/4 oz butter
110g/4 oz fresh breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper

Lemon Wedges

Method

  • Put a large pan of salted water on to boil.
  • Melt the butter in another pan and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown.
  • Cook the beans until al dente. Drain and place on a serving dish.
  • Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Serve hot with fish or chicken.
