Belle Isle Instant strawberry Frogurt
Serves 4
Ingredients
450g/1 lb frozen whole strawberries, hulled
75g/3 oz icing sugar
475ml/16 floz organic, natural yoghurt, approx.
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Put the frozen solid strawberries into a food processor straight
from the freezer. Add the vanilla and icing sugar.
- Pulse the strawberries and once they have broken up, slowly pour
in the yoghurt. You may not need all the yoghurt. Keep adding yoghurt
until the mixture turns to frogurt. (The strawberries will instantly
freeze the yoghurt).
- Taste and add more sugar if necessary. Eat at once or put in
the freezer until later.
