The Belle Isle School of Cookery is the ideal destination for a Cooking Holiday or short break in Ireland.

1. Bookings - A booking fee of 25% is payable at time of booking. The balance of the course fee must be paid 6 weeks in advance of the start of the course. Failure to do so means that we will not guarantee to reserve a place.
2. Payment - Payment for the course will be in sterling (GB) pounds, made payable to “Belle Isle School of Cookery”. We accept cheques as well as the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard, please note we do not accept American Express.
3. Cancellation Policy - Course fee will be refunded subject to a deduction of the deposit if written notice of cancellation is received at any time prior to six weeks before the commencement of the course. No refund of course fee or booking fee will be made in respect to cancellation within six weeks of the start of the course. If you withdraw from a course for whatever reason you are not entitled to any refund whatsoever. We highly recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellations that are beyond your own control such as illness.
4. Property & Person - We shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by the school, its agents or employees.
5. Health and Safety - We expect all student to listen and obey all instructions given by the employees of the school this is to prevent accidents from occurring. We recommend that appropriate clothing are worn to classes and demonstrations, practical shoes such as trainers are recommended.
6. Standards - Students are expected to conduct themselves in the highest of standards. If a student is considered by the Belle Isle School of Cookery to be unsuitable for any reason, the student may be required to leave, either immediately or within a specified time.
7. Dates and Fees - The Belle Isle School of Cookery reserves the right, under unavoidable circumstances, to alter the timing or content of any course or of the curriculum and to substitute any teacher or instructor or to cancel a course at any time. We reserve the right to make alterations as when desired necessary and relevant to all course fees and dates that are quoted at the time of publication or on the Internet. All students will be notified as soon as is practically possible in the event of any change.
